About Michael Glaz

If you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward, you are not alone. Many people reach out for therapy when anxiety, depression, trauma, or addiction begins to interfere with daily life and relationships. I am Michael Glaz, and my goal is to provide a supportive space where you can feel understood and begin working toward meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy is collaborative and personalized. I do not believe in quick fixes or judgment. Instead, I focus on understanding your experiences and working with you to build insight and clarity. I draw from evidence based approaches including cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, behavioral, existential, and spiritual therapies, allowing our work together to adapt to your needs and goals as they evolve.

You may come to therapy seeking relief from anxiety, depression, trauma, or addictive patterns, but the work often goes deeper. Together, we can explore what keeps you feeling stuck, develop practical tools for change, and strengthen your connection with yourself and others. My aim is to help you move beyond coping and toward greater confidence, balance, and a sense of control in your life.

Getting started should feel comfortable and low pressure. I offer both in person and online sessions, as well as a free 15 minute consultation so you can see if working together feels like the right fit.

Taking the first step can be difficult, but it can also be the beginning of real progress and healing.
